COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – June 8, 2010 – The Pikes Peak Range Riders announce the following events:

50^thColorado Springs Street Breakfast – Wednesday, June 23^rd at 5:30-9:00AM at the corner of Pikes Peak and Tejon in downtown Colorado Springs.  The breakfast is prepared and served by Fort Carson volunteers.  The $5.00 breakfast includes eggs, pancakes, milk, coffee and juice and is free to children under five.  Tokens for the breakfast may be purchased from Sertoma Club members in the Pikes Peak region, the morning of the breakfast or at Springs Spree.  All proceeds from the breakfast go to benefit military charities.

62^ndPikes Peak Range Ride – Wednesday, June 23^rd at 8:00AM, 160 range riders ride off on horseback for a 5-day trip for the 62^nd year.  The ride is in support of the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo and to honor and perpetuate the western heritage of our region.  For more information on the Pikes Peak Range Riders, go to www.pikespeakrangeriders.net.

70^th Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo Parade – Tuesday. July 13^th at 6:30PM in downtown Colorado Springs.

Western Wear Day – Tuesday, July 13^th has being declared as western wear day and the Pikes Peak Range Riders are asking all individuals and businesses to participate by wearing and allowing employees to wear western clothes to work on that day.

70^th Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo – Wednesday, July 14^th through Saturday, July 17^th at the Norris-Penrose Event Center at 1045 West Rio Grande Street.  For tickets, directions and more information on the rodeo, call 719-635-3547 or go to www.coloradospringsrodeo.com.  Rodeo proceeds benefit our armed forces and their families.
